Program Update

Following recent COVID delays and setbacks, planning is well advanced for delivery of a culturally and educationally rich WIPCE conference on the lands of the Kaurna Nation in South Australia during September 2022.
The program will commence with an opening ceremony and parade of Nations on Monday 26 September at the internationally renowned Adelaide Convention Centre at Tarndanya, place of the red kangaroo.
Tuesday 27th – Friday 30th September will feature seven Indigenous keynote speakers addressing the WIPCE themes of Sovereignty, Voice, Youth and Futures, along with over 300 workshops from First Nations across the globe.

WIPCE is the largest and most diverse Indigenous education forum in the world. This international event brings together Indigenous representatives from across the globe to share strategies and developments for Indigenous education and attracts experts, practitioners, scholars, students and communities.
